地鏈式自動噴塑烘道流水線：

1、用于濾清器等大批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的流水線。

2、由噴塑臺、烘道、軌道、鏈條、自轉(zhuǎn)、傳動座等組成。

3、鏈條采用地鏈鏈條，軌道用鋼板或不銹鋼板彎邊成型，專制自轉(zhuǎn)夾具，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過前處理------靜電除塵-----噴塑-----烘干固化------冷卻,整線全自動操作，人工操作極少并且產(chǎn)量大。
